Harbourfront Centre Sailing and Power Boating is pleased to offer special programmes on board a stunning historical hand-built Gig (pictured below). This replica of an 18th-century vessel is an ideal forum for corporate team building, club or organization group events. This impressive 38-foot boat requires as many as 13 people to work in harmony to both row and sail the craft.
To book a corporate or club event with assistance from our team of trained staff, please contact Harbourfront Centre Sailing and Power Boating. To learn more about the Gig's historical significance and the associated local and international events surrounding its success, please visit Youth Boat Works, Atlantic Challenge Canada and Atlantic Challenge International.
