Register by Fax
Registrations by fax are processed as quickly as possible in the order that they are received, but due to the high volume of applications your registration will ONLY be confirmed by email once it has been entered into the system. Fax Registration by credit card only. Please PRINT clearly, and use a separate form for each child. Fax your registration to 416-973-5377.

Register by Mail/In Person
Registrations by mail are processed as quickly as possible in the order that they are received, but due to the high volume of applications your registration will ONLY be confirmed by email once it has been entered into the system. We accept cash, credit card, cheque or money order. Please do not send cash through the mail. Cash is only accepted in person. Please PRINT clearly, and use a separate form for each child.

Payment Options
There is a $100 deposit per camper per session, and a post-dated payment for the balance dated no later than
May 31, 2012. After May 31, 2012, all payments must be made in full and cheques will no longer be accepted.
Cancellations and Transfers
For all cancellation and transfer inquiries, please contact the Camps office at 416-973-4093.
Camp Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with a refund must be applied for at least 10 business days before your child's Camp begins. A
$50 cancellation fee will be withheld per Camp cancelled. There are no refunds for cancellations requested less than 10 business days before the start of camp. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds by cheque.
Bus Cancellation Policy
You may cancel bussing up to June 1, 2012 with a full refund. There are NO REFUNDS for busing cancelled after June 1. We reserve the right to cancel bus service due to insufficient registrations.
Transfer Policy
Transfers between Camps (if space is available) may be requested at least 10 business days before your child starts Camp. A $30 transfer fee will be applied for each transfer.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR TRANSFER FEES.
"Kids First" Financial Assistance
Financial assistance opportunities are available through our “Kids First” programme. Requests are considered individually and in confidence. All applications for subsidies must be received by 5pm,
